Who We Are?
Founder and Managing Director Simon Mobley has been in the off-plan real estate sector internationally for the past 12 years, spanning his careers across the United Kingdom, mainland Europe and the Middle East. The latter involved sourcing high yielding property investments in England, the United Arab Emirates and Spain for high profile clients and working with some of the world’s biggest property developers.
He’s successfully coordinated acquisitions in some of the world’s iconic buildings like the iconic Princess Tower, Burj Khalifa (tallest residential tower in the world ), Dubai World Trade Center, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Palm Jumeirah. These developments have proven that getting in at the ground floor level before completion can return high capital appreciation.
Since the financial crash of 2008, when the debt tide showed up the extent of negative exposure, UK property investment has become very cheap to foreign direct investors especially since pre-Brexit from the European union June 2016.
We know property investments such as “Buy to Let”, HMO, student property investments are a solid investment for the future and only go up in value over a 7 year period securing retirement investments and proving high yields.
What We Do?
Our job entails liaising directly with developers and management companies at the pre-approval planning stages. We take monetary positions, perform due diligence, ensure all risk has been eliminated, passing over de-risked discounted investment opportunities.
We strive to deliver high quality developments and a hands-free property investment model which facilitates for our investors a stress free net yield by eliminating the day to day stresses and inconveniences that arise from being a landlord.
